WHAT IS YOUR WORKING DISTANCE?


Option 1: Sit in your normal working position, take a ruler and measure the distance from your eyes to the treatment area in your desired and healty back position

Option 2: Bring your arm into the position shown in the picture (small finger inclined) and measure the distance between the elbow and small finger with a flexible ruler. This is a rule of thumb for orientation. Please check under Option 1 as well.

Please Note: When you measure in the middle between two value round up/down repectively
